Aerospace for Students is a nonprofit initiative created to help students understand the opportunities available in aerospace and find clearer pathways into education, research and careers.
WHY WE EXIST
Students interested in aerospace often have to search across dozens of websites just to understand which universities offer strong programs, what competitions they can enter, where internships are available and what careers actually exist within the industry.
Aerospace for Students was created to bring this information together in one accessible place while also providing free guidance for students who need help understanding their options.
Our goal is not to tell students that there is only one correct path into aerospace. Instead, we want to help them discover the many different paths available and make informed decisions about what comes next.

Aerospace for Students was founded with a simple idea: students interested in aerospace should have an easier way to discover educational opportunities, understand different career paths and find resources that can help them move forward.
The organization is shaped by a student perspective and by the value of mentorship. Guidance from experienced people in the aerospace community has helped reinforce the importance of making reliable information, encouragement and opportunity easier for students to access.

Dr. Kenneth J. Overton has been an important mentor in the founder's aerospace journey. His guidance and support have helped encourage continued academic growth, exploration and involvement in the field.
